In the 'Discovery' phase of developing a product or service, I focus on User Research, Business Analysis, Problem Definition, and creating Service Design Blueprints. First,
I conduct User Research to understand the target audience's needs, preferences, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and observations. Meanwhile, Business Analysis helps me assess the market, competition, and organizational goals. I then define the core problems we aim to solve, based on insights from both user and business research. Finally, I create Service Design Blueprints to map out the user journey and key interactions, ensuring a comprehensive view of the service. This approach helps me align the development process with both user needs and business objectives.

In the 'Iterate' phase of developing a product or service, I focus on refining and enhancing our solutions through continuous improvement. I begin by defining User Flows to map out user steps and ensure a seamless experience. Following this, I work on Systems Design to efficiently support these flows. I then revisit Service Design to fine-tune interactions and touchpoints. Prototypes and Wireframes are created next, allowing me to visualise and test ideas. User Testing is a critical component, providing valuable feedback for making informed adjustments. This iterative approach ensures that the product evolves to effectively meet user needs and expectations.

In the 'Implement' phase of developing a product or service, I focus on bringing our refined ideas to life with meticulous Detail UI Design and robust Technical Development. This stage involves translating wireframes and prototypes into polished, functional interfaces that align with our user flows and service design blueprints. Concurrently,
I oversee the Technical Development, ensuring that the backend infrastructure supports the UI effectively and efficiently. Once the product is built, thorough Product Testing is conducted to identify and rectify any issues, ensuring a seamless user experience. Post-launch, constant performance enhancement is prioritised through regular Evaluation and updates based on user feedback. This ongoing process is crucial for maintaining high user satisfaction and ensuring the product remains relevant and effective in meeting user needs.
